RXL2-433 Compatibility

Does anyone know if the EnvisaLink is compatible with the DSC RXL2-433 module? I'd like to be able to control my garage door if at all possible. Ideally, I'd like to be able to control in the Indigo software as well. Thought about going Z-Wave but this seems like an ideal way if we can send commands to it.
