EnvisaLink 3 on DSC 1832

I am going to install EnvisaLink 3 on my DSC 1832. And to use EnvisAlarm service. My DSC 1832 is monitored by the other alarm monitoring provider. I don't have the installer code. My questions:
1. Do I need to get the installer code?
2. After I cancel current service, disconnect the phone line, does it affects the EnvisAlarm service?
3. Should the phone number and the dialer be turned off?
4. Is any annoying sounds or beeps without disable the phone number?
