My Internet went off at my unattended house last week and I received a "Network Supervision Fault" email (as expected).
The next day I received an email "Please be advised that your monitored device... has been off-line for at least 24 hours. Please check your network" (very nice touch).
Earlier today, AT&T restored the service and everything seems to be working, but I never received an email when the network restored. I believe I have always received emails in the past upon Network Restoral. Did something change?

Re: No Email upon Network Restoral
After long periods of time (1 week?), if your module is still in network supervision, it is dropped as an active module and marked as basically "uninstalled". This has to be done as many professional installers will "light-up" the module at their office before it goes into a customer's premise, which could be weeks later.
Re: No Email upon Network Restoral
First, I should note that I feel guilty complaining about this minor item because the 2DS is such a terrific, reasonably priced product.
I understand the reasoning for going into an "uninstalled" mode. But I was on the phone with AT&T as they restored service (about 5 days after it went off) and my 2DS reconnected and started working right away.
If a customer's check box for notification of "Network Supervision/Line Cut" is checked, it would seem like sending a message upon coming out of the "uninstalled" mode wouldn't burden your polling. Had I not been on the phone with AT&T, I would have not known it came back on.
Again - Hat's off to you guys for a great product.
