KEYB LED stay OFF Envisalink 3

I own an Ademco VISTA 15P dated 2002. KEYB LED still off, all others LED are OK. I have double check the wiring and it is correct: RED connected to + terminal, black to - terminal, yellow to DATA out (terminal 7), green to DATA in (terminal 6). Unabled keypad in VISTA program. The KEYB light always OFF, I have registered the module and can access to it but cannot communicate with panel. What is wrong?

Submit a tech support request from your portal account. It sounds like your module isn't downloading the proper firmware.
