stopped getting sms alerts for certain zone types

I have an envisalink 3 installed in a vista 20p panel. I have been getting alarm alerts fine up to a few weeks ago. Now I will get an sms alert on a perimeter zone type like a window fine but I do not get an alert for an entry/exit alarm or my motion detector(int follower zone type). Anyone have any ideas? Arm/disarm alerts work fine. it's only the entry and motion alarms that I do not get. report codea are set to 10 and NOT 00. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

No, I'm not using zone followers. Only windows will send and alert, not the doors or motion.

Send a support request in from your Eyezon Portal account and we'll see if there are some flags on your system or not.
