Remote Disarm

Hi

Have been looking through the forum but have not really seen my issue, apologies if it is there!

My issue is in disarming my DSC Powerseries 1864 system remotely either through the website or eyezon mobile iphone webpage/portal. I can arm it fine but when i log in later to disarm it comes up as system busy and no option to disarm system. workaround ive found is bypassing a zone then waiting a few minutes then reloading the webpage and then it comes up as system armed and i can then put my code in to disarm.

This is not ideal and time consuming. Any thoughts?
