weird behavior since the past few days

Hi, since the past few days, when I disarm my system, I get an alert for "AC Failure Trouble Restoral".

There is no message on the keyboard and power is on.

Also, when I arm the system, the message I get is "Security Event: Opening By User Code 10" instead of "closing".

Anyone has an idea of what's going on??

This may be related to a bulletin I received over the weekend. There is a bug in the reporting engine for Honerywell customers with more than 34 users.

If it is still happening after the end of today, Aug 6th, put in a support ticket.

Thanks for your reply! I shouldn't have more than 5 users or so but I will keep an eye on it tomorrow just in case the FW update fixes my issue.

I don't think they meant "number of users". More the "user number". I believe the issue was related to having a user number greater than 34. Regardless, I believe its fixed now.
