EVL3 and DSC 3G3070, alarm relay only receives 3G signal

Hi,
I have a DSC 1832 and a DSC 3G3070 cell module, and am receiving internet and cell monitoring through alarmrelay. I always receive emails/texts from the EVL, but alarm relay can only receive the internet signal if my cell module is disconnected. This doesn't make any sense to me since the cell module and the EVL shouldn't really be aware of one another, but we repeated the test and always got the same result. Is there a setting change in the DSC1832 I need to make? Or, does alarm relay need to change something on their side?

That doesn't really make technical sense as the 1832 doesn't even know the Envisalink is connected to it.
I would look for some other reason.

I agree with you, though it is strange. Is there any logging or some way for me to prove to alarm relay that EVL3 is sending the signal, and that its just that they aren't processing it?

There's not a direct log of these events as they never come to our servers. BUT, if the signal never made it to them you will get an ENVISALARM FTC as an event on your Eyezon account.
I suspect their backend software is ignoring duplicate signals.

OK, yes, I was receiving FTC alerts, as well as the email and text for the alarm signals. So, is the FTC a configuration on the card itself, or do I need something changed by alarmrelay and/or eyez-on?
Here is the log--although the last couple attempts don't show the FTC, yet they still didn't receive the internet signal, however I received all alerts via email and text, so I know the EVL had a good internet connection:

Oh yeah, the "Phone Number 1 FTC" means your GSM module couldn't communicate with Connect24.
The latter "Envisalarm FTC" means our module couldn't communicate with their IP receiver either.
You need to talk to Alarm Relay as there are issues. They are nice people, they should be able to help.

Spent more time with alarmrelay tech support today, still no luck. Now today, they were only receiving the IP signal, no cell signal, which was the opposite of last time. After the cell would attempt, it would then go into some sort of error state, with the red and yellow lights flashing.
Also today, after the restoral of a (4 hour) internet network disruption they received several buffered alarms via IP from testing several days ago-- fortunately they called me before dispatching.
One thing that stood out was that at one point Connect24 tech support saw some sort of "tamper" signal--I didn't really follow what they were referring to, but thought maybe it would mean something to you.
My gut tells me there is something not provisioned correctly, and for some reason cannot connect the two signals at the same time. However, I don't really understand how the signals all get passed to alarmrelay, so I can't figure out what to suggest. I have 100% reliability from the EVL3 to my email.
Do you have any thoughts?

That GSM module demands a lot of current. Do you have it on a separate power supply? I wonder if it is rebooting.
