Cant Arm/Disarm and More E3

Have a DCS1616 with Envisalink 3 installed.

Set up system a few weeks ago and everything appeared to work fine. Received SMS alerts right away and could arm/disarm via iPhone and eyeson web page.

Now...
Added a few new wireless sensors and moved 2 to a different zone. Now i am unable to arm/disarm/reboot etc. via the iPhone or Web (Just Queue's) and my SMS alerts seem to be delayed by up 1 hour.

From the iPhone and Web app i can clearly see the open and closed zones in real-time, this seems to be working fine and events are accurate to the second? Yesterday i tried to arm via iphone and happened to be by keypad. This is what the keypad was doing when (I assume) the signal was sent.

System never armed just flashed the keypad. Tested several times with same result.

1)Should i be looking at factory resetting panel and keypad and the resetting up system to add the Envisalink "LAST" or "FIRST" before programming the other sensors. Not sure if this really makes any difference other than it worked fine before the addition.

2)Is there way to factory reset the Envisalink 3?

Other than this the alarm system and E3 work fine. Thanks in advance any help appreciated.

Just to update incase anyone has similar issue, had a bad ethernet cable connection. All resolved.
