I've noticed a bi-weekly pattern to my "supervision faults" that I can't really account for within my own network after looking over the FAQs - e.g in the past month I have only had Supervision faults on August 2, August 17 and August 30. I usually get several faults over the period of an hour so so and then they go away again. It's usually on the Friday night with one on the Saturday. Is it possible that a server backup, maintenance restart or other activity is resulting in the timeout?

No, as I mentioned in the FAQ. Persistent supervision faults affect less than 2% of the customers. If there were a problem with one of the reporting servers, it would affect thousands of customers at once and that not what is happening.
