Vista 15 (not 15p) issues

I have a Vista15 panel. I have configured my Envisalink 3 as best I can. Some things work (I get text messages when I arm or disarm the system), other things do not seem to work. I have several questions:
1) Is Envisalink3 compatible with a Vista15 (non P)?
2) When I connect locally to the Envisalink, I can enter a value for "Partion 1 Keypad Address" and "Partition 2 Keypad Address". On the Vista15, keypads do not have individual addresses (I have 2 keypads on my system), they all get the address "31". And Vista15 does not have partitions - there is only the "main" partition. I currently have Partition 1 set to "31", and Partition 2 set to "0". I am not doing "IP Shadowing". Are these the right settings?
3) When I look at the Envisalink locally, with a few zones "open" (windows open), the upper-left "zone status grid" shows all black - which I assume means Envisalink thinks all zones are closed, which is not true. The "zone status" area is completely blank - I don't see anything there.
4) When I log into the Envisalink website, at my registered username, and look at my device, in the area right above the "MAC Address" (and Version 114"), I see the red warning "Warning: Panel Not Connected, Check Wiring, or Registered as Wrong Panel Type". If I click on "Recent Events" I do see recent events, so the Envisalink is communicating with the Internet.
5) When I log into the Envisalink website, and click on "Status" I do not see anything -that seems to not be working.
I think this is a pretty complex issue - I hope someone in Envisalink technical support can answer my questions. Hopefully it is is simple case of choosing something different perhaps for the keypad address and everything will work well. Please let me know and thank you.
