Honeywell Vista 20p /w Envisalink3 and two partitions

I have a setup with two active partitions and 2 keypads properly assigned addresses and all operational. Envisalink3 arms and disarms partition 1 via local interface and online but panel does not respond to commands regarding partition 2.. Have you guys encountered that ?!
All programming is done as described in the docs but no luck.

Hey I have opened a ticket and it is all good now.. All I had to do is assign addresses 17 and 18 to the keypads respectively 17- partition 1 and 18- partition 2 and assign 19, 20 to the Envisalink respectively 19- partition 1 and 20-partition two.. I had it all mixed up and did not have 19 and 20 enabled in programming.
