OPEN CKT after web action

Bear with me, its a Envisalink3 question, not a panel question.

I have the EnvisaLink 3 installed in my Honeywell Vista20P. The wiring is good (I actually re-ran the wiring to be sure) and the connections are good.

Whenever I send an action to my panel via web interface, I soon (within an hour) get an OPEN CKT error or my keypad. I then have to disconnect my keypad for a little (a few hours) and reconnect it for it to see it again. It only happens when I submit an action online.

Any ideas?

Okay, no replies. I am bumping this message.
I have since got a NEW keypad, completely factory reset and reprogrammed the system, and ran new wires. After about an hour witht he system set, I get OPEN CKT again. ANY help is appreciated.

Submit a tech support request as this is specific to your installation and nothing I've ever heard of before.
