vista 20 trouble zn111

Hi, I have a vista 20, version 9.12, I have a tuxedo touch, a 6280 and a 6150 rf kepad with a mix of hardwire and wireless zones. Land line only monitoring.
I was having problems that no status bubble was showing up but arms and disarms were registering on the portal. i addressed the envisalink as keypad adress 18 and status bubble showed up but I get multiple troubles showing up as zn 111.

I searched the forums for zn111 but nothing shows up.

Any thoughts?

Where are the troubles showing up, on the keypad? Do you have expanders for your wired zones? Any other zones showing trouble? What is the 6150 showing?
