Flaky Setup

I initially set up my Envisalink 3 with my Honeywell Vista 20P about a month ago. For about 2 weeks, everything worked great. I have 2 keypads and 6 wireless sensors (no extra monitoring or sirens or anything), so it's a pretty simple panel that I wired myself.
About a week ago, the Envisalink stopped working. For a brief time, I got constant network supervision fault & restore notifications. Then it faulted and never came back. I initially believed that my network hardware was having issues even though none of my other network equipment (camera, NAS, etc) had any problems. Reboot of the wireless router had no effect as did switching the cable to a different port.
So then I opened up my panel. The KEYB light was flashing, when the quick start guide indicates it should be solid. So I figured something was wrong there and cycled power to the Envisalink. On the reboot, KEYB was now solid, but now I have the Check Long Range Radio fault.
I thought this would be due to the reboot of the Envisalink, but the fault will not clear no matter how many times I enter my code. My security system redetects the fault every few minutes unless I uninstall it using the installer code. This of course defeats the purpose of having the Envisalink.
One other oddity: although the KEYB light indicates that the Envisalink has an IP address, it is no longer accessible on my local network. The router has no record of it asking for an IP address and a network trace (Wireshark) doesn't show any traffic coming from its MAC address (though I wonder if this is my router kindly not forwarding all traffic to my laptop for monitoring).
And here's the kicker that makes me wonder if it's really some kind of hardware problem: If I touch my panel AT ALL, the LEDs go crazy flashing for a second and then restore to normal. It leads me to believe that I have some kind of grounding issue, ESD, or a loose wire going on with this thing, but I can't visually find anything wrong.
Any assistance or advice would be appreciated.
