Is the EVL-3 compatible with a Ademo 10SE? My Nephew bought a house with the 10SE already installed and he wants me to install a EVL-3 on it. "It's on sale this weekend"

I believe no , compatible with the Honeywell Vista Panels (Vista20P, 21P, 15P, and 10P)

No, none of the old SE models are supported on the Envisalink. You can buy a Vista 20P for $60.
