Clearing old history on alerts
Does anyone know how to clear old alert history from the web site for the Envisalink 3 ?

It's not possible right now but it is on the "to-do" list. We wanted to give people the option of downloading the archive as well as deleting the event list.

Hopefully that gets built soon. I had my alarm serviced today and the tech cause a ton of alarms.

Well if you want your log erased, send a tech support request from your portal account and ask for the log to be deleted. We can always do this for you as a one-off.
