Issues with a installation DSC 1864

Hi,
I have been using my envisalink for a half a year or so. It has been working fine until a 2 months ago. I was setting the IP to a fixed ip. First it worked fine. Now I can't seem to reach it anymore. So this is what I did:
1. Tried a factory reset. It seemed to work since I got a DHCP request. I wathed it using wireshark.
2. The Envisalink doesn't get any IP adress from my standard DHCP server. It's strange since I have around 25 DHCP addresses in my house.
3. It does get an IP from my test router. Where I can access the built-in website etc. This test router has not been on internet so I don't think I am on the latest firmware where I can set the last octet. Really needed btw
4. Link is solid. Keyb is blinking green. Act and oper is blinking red.
5. Tried to change cabling etc.
Need some advice what to try next. Changing the DHCP server is not an option. It did work before so I don't think that is the issue.
I saw another thread where you wanted that guy to send in a short video on the boot up sequense. Let me know if oyu need that from me as well.
Regards,
Magnus
