Envisalink 3 on DSC enrolled as Honeywell

Hi,

Our customer has PC5010 (Power 832) and Envisank 3. All worked OK.

He login to your web sites and activated device but he selected 'Envisalink 3 Honeywell'.
Then the web sites showed 'Error: Panel Not Connected, Check Wiring or Registered As Wrong Panel Type'

and Envisalink stop monitoring control panel status - in the web server is ' ... Subsystem - Honeywell'

We logout the module and enrolled them as 'Envisalink 3 DSC', we did HW reset module, but it didn't help.

What can we do with this module? How can we repair it. I know the MAC address.

You need to submit a tech support ticket. Normally the module will download DSC firmware within 10 minutes but if it doesn't then you have network/configuration issues.
