Envisalink enrolled to foreign user

Hi,

I have a Envisalink 3 module that our customer activated to his account and returned it to us.

He didn't unregistered it.

How can I reset it - remove the module from his account.

Could you help me?

As always Pavel, there is nothing we can do for you on the forum. Submit a tech support ticket.

Hi,

I sent email with printscreens to sales@eyezon.com.

Is it ok, or should I use the different email address?
