Envisalink 2DS, E3-DSC, E3-ADM firmware 1.10.120 Release
Posted: Thu Nov 07, 2013 2:39 pm
There will be a release of new firmware tomorrow, Friday November 8th at roughly 16:00 UTC.
Some Ademco users may experience an LRR trouble on their panel after the firmware upgrade. Please be aware that this new firmware addresses this problem so it won't happen again going forward. If you get a BF 103 (LRR Trouble) on your panel, just clear it by entering your user code + 1 (twice).
Release notes:
Mainly bugs fixes and better error handling on 1.10.120. Specifically:
- Fixed bug in Ademco version that could prevent some users with legacy keypads from being able to control their panels remotely.
- Better handling of firmware updates in Ademco modules so as to not trigger an LRR supervision trouble during reflashing.
- Improved filtering of broadcast packets to reduce occurance of network supervision failures on large networks.
- workaround for DNSMasq bug seen in a few commercial routers. Malformed DNS responses caused the Envisalink to accept bogus server IP addresses.
Features:
- Adding support for Ademco macro keys A,B,C, and D. This is in both the TPI and from the Eyezon portal.
