mobile link doesn't work!

I just recently setup my Envisalink 3 for my Honeywell alarm system and everything works fine. I had even stumbled through the setup my mobile link which also worked fine. I was under the impression that I could set one up for my wife's phone too, so she could arm and disarm the system from her phone as well. I created another mobile link, e-mailed it to her phone and it worked fine. The next day, I attempted to use mine, and upon selecting the link, it now wants me to login. I enter the login info and it tells me "invalid credentials". I've tries disabling the link and re-sending it to my phone again and it still won't let me in. Is there a "how to" article anywhere about how to properly setup mobile links? Are you limited to only one? Not sure what's going on here. Can anybody help?
