Hi,

On the local Web interface for Envisalink, "CLOSED" times for zones seem to wrap back to zero when too long.

For instance, Eyes-On portal is reporting "Zone : 2 - CLOSED : 56 Hours Ago", but my local Envisalink Web page says "CLOSED: 1 Hour ago" when I mouse over the zone number.

The time reported by the portal is the correct one.

Hi, this isn't normal. Could you email your details including screen shots, if possible, to esupport@eyez-on.com. We can help you there.

The firmware group confirms that this is a bug. It will be addressed in the next release.
