Device is Not Communicating with Our Servers!!

I just installed my new EnvisaLink 4 on to my DSC alarm system and I am getting the status as Off-Line and the message "Your Device is Not Communicating with Our Servers"
I first registered the device, then I installed it. After turning the power back on I am seeing solid green on the OPER, KEYB and NET LED's. The ONLINE LED is Off and the LINK LED is green but flickering.
Any ideas on how I determine what is wrong?

I changed ethernet cables and I moved the connection so that it is now connected directly to the router and not a switch. However nothing has changed!
