Alerts are not Received, But Can Arm/Disarm

Hi All,
I have a Envisalink 3 connected to a Vista 15P. I can arm and disarm events, but when I test and trigger the alarm, I do no receive any notifications! Nothing via SMS or email.
I've followed the instructions for the ademco, to enable the keypad, etc. and still no luck?????
Any suggestions anyone??

And if you have done all of that then look at this topic to figure out how to enable notifications to your phone/email.

Yep, reviewed all those prior to posting. I simply do not get alerts, although they are visible through the http site.

Then you are doing something wrong...go through the notifications again.

Yep, this is the same problem I am having. I talked with service at US Cellular yesterday, and they confirmed I had a bunch of texts that their system thought it had passed to my phone, but I didn't get them. I got all their test texts, both sms and mms, but I can't get texts from Eyez-on, even tho I do get the "send Pin" text. US Cellular has written up a work order on my problem.
