Moving from Alarm Company monitoring to EnvisaLink FC error

Just setup an EnvisaLink3 connected to an ADT Safewatch Pro 3000 EN (which is a rebranded Ademco/Honeywell Vista 20p).

Noticed an FC failure on the keypad after a couple of hours of operation. I had earlier disconnected the phone cable from the RJ31X next to the security panel. FC stands for some sort of communication failure. Since I was monitoring with an ADT central station, I'm guessing the system was trying to call home after the power was interrupted to the system (which I installed the EnvisaLink).

*41* and *42* can be used to clear out the primary and secondary phone numbers, which I did.

Can anyone advise if I should have done anything different?

Do you still have an FC error? you might have to clear out the account numbers as well.

The FC error cleared out after applying the *41* and *42* settings.
